Balance is easily the most underestimated component of human movement in the Fitness Industry.
In sport balance isn’t understated because it is obvious how important it is. (can you imagine a boxer with no balance ?)
One of the problems with “The Fitness Industry” is that most people associate “Fitness” with people lifting a weight in a gym which requires little movement. Normally one or two joints moving at any given time, balance is arely addressed.
