Variety of Training

There are so many ways to vary your training for extra results and variety to help stop boredom. A great piece of equipment to incorporate into your training is a BOSU.

A BOSU is brilliant as it adds a dimension of instability into your exercises. This makes your core work so much more than usual to stabilise you, no matter what exercise you are doing on it. It also improves your proprioception, stimulating your nervous system throughout. When you study cert 3 and 4 in fitness and become a Personal Trainer, this should be part of your practical training, the basics of how to use a BOSU to incorporate into your training. It’s also great for sports specific training.
