Welcome to the next part of training variety. Another way to vary your training is by throwing in different styles of training during your week. For example, if you’re continuously strength training during the week, change it up one session and throw in a circuit style session, whether it be with strength alone or some anaerobic training involved. This will make you work, not necessarily harder than usual but it will be a different style of training for your body to adapt to
Try about 8 exercises in your circuit style session for time each exercise with a rest in between circuits of about one minute, depending on the intensity.
