Playing some sort of sport in your weekly routine is a great way to improve all around fitness. You improve your agility, balance, co-ordination, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, confidence, strength, power.
These are things you improve without having to focus on trying to improve on each thing in the gym or in the park.
One of the best things about playing sport to improve fitness is that it’s fun! You don’t play a sport you don’t like do you? You play a sport that you enjoy and can play with friends and also meet new people, throw in the competitive side as well.
