Martin has been a Personal Trainer in the Fitness Industry for more than 18 years training sometimes up to 60 clients per week.
Being a high level marathon runner for many years, Martin is a perfect guest presenter as our running coach.
Martin gives our students expert information on running techniques, styles, injury prevention and safety. This enables our students to pass this on to their clients during training or for their own personal growth.
