If you strive to be better in each and every training session you finish then you will get the results you want. Does an athlete train to look the way they look? No, they don’t. They train to be the best they can be at their chosen pursuit and they look the way they do as a result of this. The scales will only tell you how much the object on them weighs, regardless of being male, female, fat, thin, athletic, starved, dehydrated, flexible, powerful or built like a professional athlete.
So, ditch the scales and start focusing on doing more physical activity, sleeping enough, drinking enough water, eating the right food and taking regular breaks when you feel you need to and you will notice the results you are after!
