Excuses not to exercise

Using time as an excuse to not exercise?

Try this little circuit, it uses the whole body plus you get a good cardio workout as well.

 

 

Perform each exercise for 30 secs at a good speed:

Push ups, running on the spot, lunges (alternating legs), dips, jump squats, burpees (everybody’s favourite) and another set of lunges.

This will take just over 4 minutes, surely you have 4 minutes in a day??

To make it more intense, rest for 1 minute then repeat, one, two or three more times.
